“Chic” (pronounced sheek), in French means stylish or trendy and this is exactly what type of show this duo delivers in terms of stage presence and professionalism. “Chic” formed just over three years ago, both Lynda and Don have over forty years of entertainment experience between them (Lynda has actually sang in the presence Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth 11 in Melbourne whilst she was a lead vocalist for the Police Showband as well backing vocalist for entertainer Patrick McMahon. Don has performed in the U.K,, USA, Portugal and Fiji) so it is not surprising that “Chic’s” motto is “If we don’t know it, it ain’t worth singing!”

“Chic” has undoubtedly the largest repertoire of any artist available, in fact “Chic” plays over 500 numbers from 50’s through to present time. Artists covered are Scissor Sisters, Robbie Williams, INXS, Dragon, Daddy Cool, ABBA, Amy Winehouse, Shania Twain, The Bangles, Kylie Monogue, Ub40, Madonna, Blondie, Cher, Tina Turner, K.D. Lang, K.T.Tunstall and of course all of the greats such as Elvis, The Beatles, Neil Diamond, Johnny Cash, Tom Jones, and Rolling Stones to name just a few.
